Oh, there will be crowds at NFL games. The stadiums will be crowded, if not packed. They will still have their television revenue, the revenue from the triple overpriced merchandise they sell. Their advertising money. The people who neglect their house payments to pay their season tickets and team memorabilia. The NFL knows their suckers....er fans well./p>

There will be crowds IF the local (state and city) governments allow people to attend. Last I heard, California's governor said something to the effect that there won't be any sporting events with fans at all this calendar year. And there might be any sporting events at all in California for a while.

Maybe the NFL can survive as a TV studio sport with no live audience. Or some teams will play all road games for a few years. We'll see. Actually, I don't care either way, but the impact on the overall economy will be significant.
