Crap on two levels - No. 1 being the unprofessional look of the agents, No. 2 the WTF statement again.
The really disturbing part is that unpolitical agencies are being politicized. Those involved should be hammered with rate/pay reductions or kicked out. If not, this sickness will only spread.
