A guy (not a saint) who happened to be black was being detained by a cop, who happened to be white, using a tried and true practice of detention used by law enforcement everyday, might have caused the death of the detainee who happened to be black
I missed the trial (except on this forum by what seems to be an increasing amount of cop haters) where the white cop was found guilty of murdering a black man because the white cop is a racist.
First where's the proof he was intentionally murdered and 2nd where's the proof the cop is a racist?
Oh BTW, everyone who has ever been detained in that manner ALWAYS says they're not guilty and they can't breathe AND they also complain the cuffs are hurting their wrists...any of you geniuses have a clue why?

Heard an ‘idiot’ today explaining how the kneeling on the neck is bad and causes one to have trouble breathing, SPEAKING etc YET ‘eye witlessess(sic) claim he was continually yelling he couldn’t breath...Now someone has to be in error here OR just outright lying.
BTW, notice that when they show the picture the cop is said to have an unconcerned look on his face and I even think someone HERE(??) mentioned or suggested the point that since he had his hand in his pocket he must have liked what he was doing.
About the stare, believe he/they (cops) knew they were in some deep kimchi especially when the gathering crowd was closing in on them and 3 of them were watching the crowd while the ‘kneeler’ was also scanning it..
AND with two ROOKIES I can imagine the two vets were a little concerned if the SHTF...
(OH, see where KNEELING isn’t such a hot thing in this case) Don’t ‘really’ mean to be morbid but they keep changing the story and every day a ‘new’ tape emerges.
As to the body cams, they are going to have to come up with something that makes sure it is ON and no way to edit it and be quickly transferred to another site.
I like the body cam because all it can do to/for ME is prove any claim I may have against the officer, be it my attitude, his attitude etc...nothing better in court than to be able to produce something that shows the ‘arresting/ticketing officer’ being overly aggressive.
He sort of loses credibility real quick.
