BLM is a PAC and it should be illegal for the mayor to rename a street that way.

The founders claim that they are separate entities but they didn’t give them a cease and desist letter and have even encouraged them to do things their way. Any interviews seem to discuss them in legal terms to claim the the original BLM is non-partisan etc.

Yes. Whether or not the original BLM organizers claim to be non-partisan (if they’re even connected with it anymore), the current incarnation is definitely partisan. I wonder if bigger fish took over the organization and possibly even paid off the original people?

With the tremendous influx of millions of dollars that is basically being paid by large corporations as protection from looting and in the hopes of not being labeled as racists, they are definitely a PAC now.

Whatever happens, the corrupt media will portray the marchers as majority peaceful, just trying to work through their pain, and fighting systemic racism while the President will be maligned and accused of being a fascist dictator whose only purpose and goal is to destroy our democracy.

On D-Day, of all days. God help.
