Good choice! I did the same about a year ago. It takes a whole month before FB actually disconnects from you.
I was using fb as a means of socializing since I’ve been physically unwell since my stem cell transplant for leukemia.
But, I’ve been feeling terribly depressed. The stress this past week is what motivated my decision. In return each day I’ve been feeling more grounded and less depressed than I have in a very long time. I’m an admin on a page. The other admins are picking up the slack as they are in different countries. I only expected to be gone a few days. But, not sure if I ever will go back.
