Look at today’s crop of young people. For millions of them, these protests are their big contribution to society. They’ve convinced themselves this is worth getting up off the couch for.
76 years ago, they made the world safe for liberty. Now, they’re making the streets safe for looters and anarchists to tear down other people’s hard work.
Yes, Thanks to all who saved our nation and way of life by military service in WWII and other wars.
But like me, you are assuming that all under 50 types are rotten-—I am guilty of that often due to encountering them in person or seeing the news stories.
But there are many exceptions and some of them are on FR. In 1968 some of us read None Dare Call It Treason and put it on the shelf next to Barry Goldwater’s Conscience of a Conservative. And we burned no draft cards. Some today are like that.
I will try to remember that.
Kinda similar thought extrapolation, each individual has to figure out what they are interested in and pursue it, that is what will make each most happy with their life.
