And Keith Ellison, the Muslim Dem MN State AG, who is prosecuting the case and loves Antifa, will win either way. He would love to see more anti-white anger and riots resulting from a hung jury or acquittal, especially if it is before the November elections.

I believe 3rd degree and manslaughter are still charged so the jury has options. Of course the prosecution will be concentrating on the top charge not the lesser.
