While he may have had traces of meth and fentanyl in his system, the video of him being arrested/killed does not appear to show someone in a state of intoxication from such substances.

Aside from that, he was a multiple offense felon.

His life choices were not good choices. He still deserved his day in court and the officers actions were a direct cause of his death.

We can fix this though... Assuming the Race-baiters and SJW's let us.

I have read somewhere that he actually had what was considered a fatal level of fentanyl in his system.

It may not be seen in the video, but apparently the reason police were called was because of the way he was behaving. The fake $20 was part of it but not the main reason. The 911 caller(s) believed he was out of control and on drugs, according to Candace’s video.
