Trump’s last Oval Office speech at the start of the lockdown was not a thing of beauty. It’s not his strongest platform. I think he’s been advised to avoid them.
If not the Oval Office, then somewhere else. Just do not allow the media jackals to spoil the event.
President Trump should make a few remarks about the jobs numbers and then show the video of his best-ever speech from Cape Canaveral last Saturday. Half was compassionate about the current situation and half inspirational about Space exploration. Then he should leave.
