Beware of ALL upper echelon officers who advanced during the O’Bungler years. I have heard that they had to make some very interesting loyalty commitments just to keep their jobs, let along gaining promotions.

I can just imagine what that was. They were all required to visit Epstein's island and be videotaped with children.
