As much as like what SpaceX is doing, it is closely aligned with NASA which is monitored by various Intell agencies, including their own. NASA has had a contract with SpaceX for a few years to launch American satellites. Any entity that is in bed with Fedgov can't be trusted. You think Musk would allow his ambitions to be short-circuited for Patriots wanting encrypted comms supporting even legal militias? Off shore encrypted comms like ProtonMail.com are probably the best for now. Unfortunately, you have to be a register recipient on the receiving side to decode.
There has got to be way to communicate and organize without the NSA hacking encrypted conversations. If not, then all we have is word of mouth and individual cells to protect our neighborhoods and our Republic. Too slow and who knows what crazies like McVeigh would infiltrate, not to mention various LE agencies.
I don't have the answer for secure comms. Maybe Travis McGee has some ideas. If this stupid riot crap grows with the Antifa/commies support to move on our peaceful suburbs, we need a plan. Neighborhood Watches are useless when the SHTF. If this weekend million DC protest turns out peacefully, then maybe this all moot. I doubt it.
