When you are torturing testimony out of someone you don't have "testimony" you have a ventriloquist puppet.
But you seem convinced that the state is simply manufacturing evidence in an effort to frame three hapless men for doing exactly what we saw them do on video and heard about in their own statement to police.
What I saw on the video was a man struggling for a shotgun with a violent thug who attacked him. He ended up winning that struggle and killing the violent criminal. This does not constitute a crime, nor should it.
They are fabricating it into a crime, and they are doing it only because they are afraid of black people rioting if they don't prosecute this as a crime.

As to the accusation that Travis stood over the body and used the N-Word, it could be that Mr. Bryan made it up, but the GBI states that they have social media posts by Travis where he uses the N Word.
The use of that word is not illegal, but hard for Travis to explain when he takes the witness stand at his own trial.
Of course, Travis could elect not to take the stand at his trial, but then he would be be able to refute Mr. Bryans testimony.
Lets just say that Travis has a conundrum.
Fake news, he's not being tortured. Being questioned and charged with a crime based on physical evidence and statements made to police is not torture.
What I saw on the video was a man struggling for a shotgun with a violent thug who attacked him.
So if you're walking down the street and me and a couple buddies arm up and start chasing after you in trucks, block your path, and get out with a shotgun and a pistol while yelling at you and moving toward you, you wouldn't have any concern for your safety? Because it wouldn't have gotten that far for me before shots were fired. Arbery didn't even have a weapon.
Arbery did everything he could to avoid the encounter with the McMichaels. He ran away from them (from the 911 call). When they cut him off in their truck, he turned around and ran the other way (Gregory McMichael's statement to police). When Bryan saw them chasing Arbery, he tried to block him in as well (ibid). Based on the forensic evidence presented by the GBI, it sounds like while trying to block Arbery's escape, Bryan actually hit him with his truck. Arbery continued running away, trying to avoid a confrontation. Bryan chased after him in his truck. The McMichaels went around to cut Arbery off. With Bryan behind him and the McMichaels ahead of him, Arbery continued to try and avoid a confrontation by veering right to go around the other side of the truck from Travis McMichael. But Travis McMichael moved to the front of the truck and cut him off with a shotgun in his hands. And THEN a fight broke out.
So don't act like the McMichaels were just minding their own business enjoying a cool winter day when Arbery suddenly ran up and attacked them. That's fake news. It goes against what the video shows us. It goes against what Gregory McMichael told the police himself. It goes against the evidence from the GBI. There's literally not a shred of evidence or testimony from anyone involved to support that complete and utter fantasy that Arbery just randomly attacked Travis McMichael without provocation. Arbery did everything he possibly could to avoid a confrontation. Bryan and the McMichaels made that impossible. Travis McMichael was armed and Arbery was not. Arbery died.
