Today was not a good day for Travis, Greg or Mr. Bryan.

It has been entered into the record that Travis stood over Mr. Arbery’s body and yelled “F’ing N-Word” and it was revealed that Mr. Bryan hit Mr. Arbury with his truck.

The trial(s) will be fair, and there will be convictions.

Mr. Bryan, Greg and Travis brought this all upon themselves.

They have no one to blame.

I heard on the radio today about 10 times that one of the guys used a racial slurs they’re trying to rehabilitate this stupid case

According to the CBI investigative officer - who was going from the statements of the three perps and the available video.

And we finally have the route Arbery took.

I was correct on the path of the McMicheals. - they went down burford, up zellwood and then down holmes.

However, I was wrong on the path for Arbery.

Arbery was first accosted by the McMicheals at the Burford address.

- CBI reports a video from Mr. Bryan's security camera that has not yet been made public.

- Arbery tries to evade the McMicheals here.

- They pass him.

- Arbery doubles back.

- Mr. Bryan tries to block him with his truck at his drive.

Arbery heads back up Burford.

- The McMicheals continue on. They continue on Burford, go up Zellwood and come back down Holmes to try to cut Arbery off. Rather than turn around and chase him.

- Mr. Bryan chases Arbery up Burford to Satilla/Holmes/ Burford intersection.

- He continues onto Satilla.

- So Arbery reverses and runs up Holmes.

CBI presumes that Arbery sees the McMicheals coming, so reverses course. He passes Mr. Bryan.

At some point, lets say this encounter, but it could have been the first two, Mr. Bryan hits Arbery with his truck. There is a dent (not seen), palm prints and shirt fibers on the truck. Was it the rear driver side door?

Mr. Bryan lets the McMicheals pass him. Then works to turn around. Then starts the infamous video we have all seen.

The McMicheals zoom past Arbery, and then lay in wait for him at the end of the road at the Satilla/Holmes/Burford intersection.

Greg McMicheal finally calls 911. That is the 911 call we have all heard.

Travis McMicheal waits for Arbery in the street with his shotgun at the ready.

As Arbery goes around the vehicle to the right, Travis McMicheal shoots Arbery in the chest.

The CBI investigator says the first shot was to the chest, not to the hand had perviously been claimed.

Travis, George and William are done. The fantasy that they were conducting a citizen’s arrest has been destroyed.

So basically you are the only arbiter of truth and instead of having a normal trial, the state of Georgia should simply defer to your judgement, regardless of whatever evidence or testimony exists?

When you are torturing testimony out of someone you don't have "testimony" you have a ventriloquist puppet.

But you seem convinced that the state is simply manufacturing evidence in an effort to frame three “hapless” men for doing exactly what we saw them do on video and heard about in their own statement to police.

What I saw on the video was a man struggling for a shotgun with a violent thug who attacked him. He ended up winning that struggle and killing the violent criminal. This does not constitute a crime, nor should it.

They are fabricating it into a crime, and they are doing it only because they are afraid of black people rioting if they don't prosecute this as a crime.

Found two-three months after the fact? Bullsh*t. "Fiber" evidence has been demonstrated to be just so much crap, and this "palm print"? Did they positively identify it as Arbery's, or are they just alleging that it is? I recall reading that it was a "Palm Swipe" which means a smeared Palm print, which makes it unidentifiable.

After that stunt they pulled arresting the guy who shot the video, I don't believe a d@mn thing they say. This is a politically motivated "investigation" and they are going to find or make up whatever "evidence" they need to arrive at their foregone conclusions.

If they believe that BS they are stupid, if they don’t they are racists, lying for a black man.

You are right about that. If the first shot had hit Arbery in the chest, there would have been no need for any subsequent shots. Arbery would have been dead right away.

That's how I see it. And then he got violent with someone trying to stop him from leaving the area of the crime.

As to the accusation that Travis stood over the body and used the N-Word, it could be that Mr. Bryan made it up, but the GBI states that they have social media posts by Travis where he uses the N Word.

The use of that word is not illegal, but hard for Travis to explain when he takes the witness stand at his own trial.

Of course, Travis could elect not to take the stand at his trial, but then he would be be able to refute Mr. Bryan’s testimony.

Let’s just say that Travis has a conundrum.

Even if true, does not speak to the commission of a crime. It is being put forth for one purpose only; To contaminate the jury pool.

I cannot believe it is the Cobb Count DA’s office presenting this case.   I live in Cobb County not two miles from the Cobb County Courthouse in Marietta.   We live five hours away from Brunswick, Georgia.   I guess they had to go that far away to find a DA that is keen on railroading innocent men.   This is totally ludicrous.

If a person grabs the barrel of a shotgun and causes himself to get shot through his palm, blood from the hand will splatter on the chest.   How difficult is that to understand?
