Saw on the news but didn’t see the name of the town where a female Business owner who was trying to protect her business from violent looters pointed a loaded AR 15 at the looters and she gets arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The looters were not arrested. So now if you exercise your second amendment right to defend your life and property, you are the criminal and will be charged.

What do you know, Apple has boarded up their swanky store in the ritzy shopping district of Houston

https://www.click2houston.com/news/local/2020/06/01/some-houston-businesses-board-up-to-prevent-damage-looting/

Protests in Houston turned violent on Friday and Saturday with some businesses in both downtown Houston and in the Galleria neighborhood being damaged and looted.

On Sunday, 10-foot-tall pieces of plywood could be seen shielding the glass of several stores at the Highland Village shopping center in the River Oaks neighborhood. It was a similar scene up the street at the River Oaks District shopping center.

Some business at The Galleria mall also boarded up after looters broke into a store there on Saturday night. The mall closed early to shoppers on Sunday. It reopened Monday.

The protests that turned violent were many miles away in downtown Houston

Thank you for the live thread again.
The Media/Dem's are digging in but will this help any of us in the end.
I left earlier today and came home later to see Al Shyster Sharpton ranting on at today's among the many funerals America is covering for Floyd.
That says it all to me. BTW I know 3 people that lost their loved ones this past 2 months ,but couldn't attend or have a funeral services because of the Covid!

We used to be The Silent Majority.
We spoke up and now we’re The Silenced Majority.

Media is having none of us.

Few people know where they’ll be in two years from now, but I do, in the Great State of Alaska (which I love) campaigning against Senator Lisa Murkowski. She voted against HealthCare, Justice Kavanaugh, and much else...— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 4, 2020

...Unrelated, I gave Alaska ANWR, major highways, and more. Get any candidate ready, good or bad, I don’t care, I’m endorsing. If you have a pulse, I’m with you!— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) June 4, 2020

Complete with their organized violent antifa and blm blackshirt/brownshirt hit squads using fascist tactics to loot, burn and terrorize businesses, churches, civilans and police alike. This is the totalitarian way to gain and hold power.

This is your country under socialist-democrat rule--the blue portion anyway--totally lawless.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/former-clinton-aides-launch-new-super-pac-n819286

Nov. 9, 2017 WASHINGTON — Former aides to Bill and Hillary Clinton are launching a new super PAC to upgrade Democratic organizing and fundraising in support of the party's candidates around the country, NBC News has learned.

The new group, called Party Majority, would act as a parallel structure to Democratic Party committees at the national and state levels while coordinating with them. Its creation comes at a time when party committees are struggling to maintain their relevance as donors increasingly push money to political organizations that can raise and spend money with less regulation.

“Democrats are motivated to fight the Trump agenda, but without fully funded organizing operations, we won't maximize our opportunities next year and every year thereafter,” said Party Majority co-founder Mike Lux, a former aide to President Bill Clinton who has helped build a series of progressive organizations over the last two decades.

“Party Majority PAC will fill in holes to make sure activists on the ground have the resources they need to be successful, working with existing organizations both new and old to ensure resources are used effectively,” he added.

Despite its obvious ties to the Clinton world, the group is expected to announce soon a larger set of leaders from across the Democratic political universe.

Lux and the other co-founder, Adam Parkhomenko, who built Ready for Hillary, later served as director of grass-roots engagement on Clinton's presidential campaign and is currently a paid adviser to Clinton, have been frustrated by the lack of coordination and continuity in Democratic campaigns. ...
