The arrests of the three other Minneapolis police officers connected to George Floyd's death and the upgraded charge against former officer Derek Chauvin is just the beginning for Floyd's family. Justice, for them, includes convictions.
"We have to have justice. They murdered him in broad daylight in front of everybody," Floyd's brother Philonise told CBS News correspondent Jeff Pegues. The charge against Chauvin, who pressed his knee into Floyd's neck while he was handcuffed and pleading for air, was upgraded to second-degree murder, while the other officers were charged with aiding and abetting murder.

Hell just storm the jail and lynch them...who is going to stop the mob...
I disagree. Cop should have pushed the kneeler (who had his hands in his pockets) off the perp and say “WTF, dude, I am not going to jail for your murder jollies.” Then let the handcuffed guy flop around a while. Sorry, but you get a gun and a club and a taser and little accountability. I assume they might have been afraid of the kneeler - who was a problem cop who had gotten away with abuse before and might retaliate against them, but hopefully this whole spectacle will have a silver lining of showing cops that there is a price for allowing fellow cops to commit crimes.
Overcharging is a sure fire way to get an acquittal for a crime that may have very well been committed...
And that may be exactly what some people would want to happen to renew the rioting.
When a peaceful protester(puke) was asked about the arrest and the charges of the cops responsible, she said thats not enough. So what is?
Keep ramping up the charges and guarantee a not guilty verdict.
Floyd was a felon and a drug addled thug. The cop that killed him was no better. The family would be better off taking some of the millions they ha e raked in and trying to help the only innocent victims in this whole farce. Those who lost their businesses and life savings to floyds thuggish supporters
Prosecutors will have a tough time with 2nd degree murder charge since intent must be proved.
Where did you get those images?
I forget exactly. I follow some good guys on Twitter and lifted them from a thread over there.
Just put May 29 paris in twitter search.
Especially since the Minneapolis police Academy trains their recruits to use the knee to the neck tactic to subdue anyone resisting arrest
Thank you. Worth researching for sure.
This person seems to have a good feed/info on the riots/the knee on neck coincidences, pallets of bricks and more...w/several short vids...
