Buddy of mine and 50 year resident of west coast said leaving. Moving to Idaho.
We bought a place in North Idaho three years ago. Keeping the California place for now, but may rent it out for a while. I’m in California right now due to family reasons, but my wife grabbed the dog and bugged out to Idaho the day the COVID lock-down of Santa Clara County started. She was going to go for a week of skiing, but her office shut down and started remote working, so she suddenly had the freedom to go. She says she’s never coming back to CA! (and she was born and raised here in the Bay Area).
What part of Idaho is your buddy moving to?
Our best friend just went up west of Boise, near caldwell. We’re listing his house in oceanside.
