The POTUS literally “let the cat out of the bag” and they went totally apeshit trying to debunk it every way they could. They needed to get as much mileage out of the paid-for, planned release as they possibly could. But it was too late: Plan B failed as well. So now we’ve moved on to Plan C: riots and mayhem.
Your suggestion is a pretty complex theory that involves a lot of people and it would require a knowledge of the virus that did not exist.
I think the “orange man bad” is a better explanation of the ridiculous hysteria hoping HCQ would fail so they could badmouth Trump. It successfully explains a lot of what we are seeing with many issues.
In hindsight, our “experts” were wrong about pretty much everything about this virus except that the elderly with underlying health issues were particularly vulnerable.
