Jacqui Heinrich reported tonight on FOX News there have now been 50 ATMs blown up by looters so far this week.
There have been 30 calls to police on attempted ATM bombings.
Federal investigators are looking at this as a coordinated effort to bomb ATMs for cash.

Sad story. And then she says to “protest all you want, protest peacefully, protest aggressively and violently, protest against the government.” Which is what they are doing. If you encourage violence, it’s near impossible to direct where that violence goes.
Or the machine was just out of cash. Absent knowing the make, model, bank name and software vendor's application running the machine, don't think I can say for certain.
What I can say after working on a very large ATM project back in 2005 for a large midwestern bank, our in-house coded application that ran our ATM's used the ATM's internal sensors to detect when it was out of cash. It would then disable ATM withdrawls while leaving all other functions available (Check balance, transfer funds, etc..)
Obama will bail them out or the DA will drop the charges. No big deal.
