I know Sparta Il., Great little town until the unions over played their hand and shutdown their biggest employer Sparta printing.Sparta has always been the town of african americans to say it politely in randolph county. The rest of the county is mostly white. Many farmers in the area but also mostly naive and many with white guilt.I grew up in that county, glad I left many years ago.

Thanks for the "inside" info. That explains the poster on FB as to the "why" they would choose to hold a town meeting there and why, apparently, there is this report that they would target the farmers there (weak, liberal white guilt folks). Would make quit the propaganda piece for them after successfully causing a police precinct to abandon fort, allowing them to loot and burn it.
