Not that de Blasio isn’t a dog, but Cuomo could have activated the National Guard to keep order, but he didn’t. He’s as much to blame as de Blasio for the atrocities across the State, and that includes his virus response. He, de Blasio, and the media have been aiding and abetting the anarchists through all of this.
All of the stolen loot goes directly to the thieves doing the stealing. They don't have to share it with governors, mayors, council members and other high end looters who normally get their money by taxing the people who voted for them.

don’t the benzs’ and the caddies and other high-end vehicles have the means for those vehicles’ engines to be turned off? Can’t they be located easily via gps, since they all have gps onboard as a factory installed accessory?
Rioters don’t like bad weather, so won’t be much tonight.
