Yeah, Rove’s advice about African-American outreach worked out so well for George W. Trump has been doing better with black voters than any recent Republican - he needs to stick to being himself and sticking with what got him here. Listening to a dolt like Rove is a sure way to lose the black voters he does have without changing the minds of black voters who oppose him.

In 2017 Whites killed 264 blacks and police killed 258 blacks(2015).
That year blacks murdered 576 Whites, more than double the number of blacks killed by Whites.
In that year 2,627 blacks were killed by other blacks, dwarfing White on black murders by an order of magnitude.
Last year 7,407 blacks were murdered with 94% killed by other blacks.
Be aware that, except for the last stat for 2019 only single victim, single offender were counted.
Also the FBI counts hispanics as White when they are offenders but are counted seperately as victims.
This falsely shows more White offenders and fewer victims.
Doesn't sound like a new role if it's unofficial.
