GET VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!>>> I don’t have video of this, but the live feed monday of the vine street xway in philly showed sections of the fence above the entrance ramp suddenly disappear. It looked very pre-plannned as that fence is not chain link but about 6 feet high like prison bars. They avoided the 16th street ramp and the crowd went to the 22nd street ramp like they knew they could get around the police barricade at 22nd street.
