The blacks in big cities can thank the democrats that run them for there problems....In the 1950s black schools were as good or better than white schools...and they had family units and small business...
If you look at blacks in smaller towns with good schools and the right attitude they do much better..
Democrats run big cities largely because blacks are in them and vote for them
Very few big cities...not run by democrats
All are not cesspools
Salt lake for example But many are and their tax bases are shot
Folks here act like blacks can’t manage themselves without white folks doing right

It’s American blacks fault actually
And mostly it’s the illegitimacy driven
Bringing blacks up out of segregation has not helped their social construction whatsoever
One could argue it brought more into the professional classes
And politics
One could also argue its brought America down demonstrably especially culture
Black cultural influence was once fairly positive
That ship has sailed
It’s a damn mess that 11-13% of the population causes so much crap
