Miller is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and International Institute for Strategic Studies.

The Defense Science Board was established in 1956 in response to recommendations of the Hoover Commission:

The Assistant Secretary of Defense (Research and Development) will appoint a standing committee, reporting directly to him, of outstanding basic and applied scientists. This committee will canvass periodically the needs and opportunities presented by new scientific knowledge for radically new weapons systems.

Miller clearly has absolutely no knowledge of new weapons systems that may be useful to the U. S. Military.

Miller earned his B.A. with honors in economics from Stanford; he earned his master's degree and his Ph.D., both in public policy, from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.[4] His 1989 Ph.D. thesis was Approaching Zero: An Evaluation of Radical Reductions in Superpower Nuclear Arsenals.[5]

Still media runs to report it. Between all social media platforms silencing conservatives to the media in general spouting utter propaganda it’s a wonder we even have one conservative elected in this country.
