I was being sarcastic about Shapiro who is lousy on immigration. Any real conservative wouldn’t want his endorsement.
For some time, Steve King has been the only IA Republican in a high profile position who is steadfast and loyal to conservative positions. Going way back, IA had another good one in Rep. H. R. Gross.
