What I don’t understand is why a bunch of wormy looking white guys, all soy boys with patchy beards if any, can come into a black neighborhood and start telling young black guys with their pants around their knees to stand here, attack there, etc....and the black guys nod and do all but say “Yes, massa,” and go off and do it.

I have wondered the same thing. However, I would suspect there is no direct supervision, but the crowd is open to suggestion. All it takes is for one destructive fool to start throwing bricks, and they all follow the leader. Also, the free stuff aspect. Nevertheless, the inner city blacks are being exploited by the antifa whites. They are burning their own neighborhoods.
