Thats why may need military in some of these larger cities. Its almost a military operation.The mayors have it setup for the cops to fail purely on ROE. Military will have far more discipline and the mayors will have zero say in anything. Think about the meaning of that for a second. This is why Trump is giving states/cities the opportunity to fix it.
