Depends on what the charge is.If I was a juror and,only having that video as evidence and the charge being 1st degree murder I'd absolutely vote not guilty.And when making my opinion clear I'd tell my fellow jurors "hey, I can vote guilty on *some* kind of charge,but not murder".

IIRC juries are sometimes given an option to vote guilty on a charge less serious that the main one.Second degree murder vs first degree for example.

Unless there's something I don't know the cop is guilty of *some* kind of crime.I just don't exactly *which* crime at this time.Any criminal history (if any) the dead guy had and the final result of the drug screen are two things I'd very much like to know.

Exactly. Our tough on rioters local sheriff was calling this “murder” today and said he was “shocked” the other officers did not intervene during the many minutes long assault on a handcuffed and unconscious prisoner. The whole world except a few race obsessed bigots on the internet can see this murder under color of law plainly for what it is.
