A reserved Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Tuesday called on President Trump to tone down his combative approach to the national protests for racial justice that have followed the death of an unarmed black man in Minneapolis last week.
Clutching a Bible in the Capitol, Pelosi urged Trump to reach across the divides of race, party, region and religion to help the country heal instead.
"We would hope that the president of the United States would follow the lead of so many other presidents before him to be a healer-in-chief, and not a fanner of the flame," she said.

San Fran Nan’s strategy is like allowing cancer to be left alone to heal itself. She has no perspective of what is really occurring. If she did, she would be terrified. The rioters would kill her just as easily as kill us. She thinks the left is safe because the anarcho-communists are attacking the right. She doesn’t realize that if they kill of us, they are next for dinner.
Given my very dim view of her morality, that was a huge insult coming from her. What is important is what God thinks of it.
