She was just annoyed with looters in general...She did not state that she was annoyed with black looters...She also did not single out Hispanic looters...
I have seen looters on TV...Some are Hispanic...Some are black...Some are white...

New principle to live by: never have an expectation of lawfulness from someone incapable of speaking the American language.

Guys gotta say that. USC main campus is very close to areas of lower socioeconomic classes...to not condemn the tweet would invite lots of problems. Sad...cause every now and then some USC student gets picked off by neighborhood solidarity partners.
