USC ends relationship with booster after tweets calling for gun violence against protesters...

USC has ended its relationship with a booster after she sent a series of tweets Sunday night promoting gun violence. In a statement on Monday afternoon, Trojans athletic director Mike Bohn said that he was made aware of "abhorrent and blatantly racist tweets from an individual who identified as a USC Football Booster."

That booster, Marla Brown, said multiple times on her now-deleted Twitter account that people protesting police brutality and George Floyd's murder in Los Angeles and Washington D.C. should be shot. On her Twitter bio, Brown identified as a LAPD union attorney. She clarified later that she had not held that job in some time.

This lady’s problems are just beginning. She’ll be getting harassing phone calls at home and at work.

Moral of the story: Go ahead and use Twitter to share cake recipes. But say anything that is not PC at your own peril.

Your advice is a good one...

I don’t have a Twitter account...But, I do have a Facebook account...

I have never posted on Facebook about any topic...I just felt uncomfortable doing that...

Because you don’t think looters should be coddled, does make you a racist? No it doesn’t. Bohn is Mr. PC and has gotten off to a rocky start as AD. Since when is wanting law and order racist?

First of all, I will concede that somebody cannot get a job as the athletic director of a big university without acting politically correct...

I am still annoyed that Director Bohn called this lady “racist”...She NEVER mentioned any ethnic group...But, she is still racist? I understand that her comments made him uncomfortable...But, calling her “racist” is ridiculous...
