A Virginia police chief grew emotional as he recounted rioters torching a home with a child inside, saying that it was “unacceptable.”Unacceptable? UNACCEPTABLE?! It's damn barbaric! But what does the chief expect if animals are given free reign to destroy and loot and pillage? That they will somehow govern their own behavior? They will not. They must be put down.
