still at Van Nuys - business owners telling looters, ‘we’re closed’ looters trying to stand up to business owners, finally took off - looters were trying to get into the pawn/sellyourgold shop next to a bail bond shop
cops on scene about 10 of them now but distracted by guns, trying to arrest the store owners, reporter redirecting officers to the actual looters. Now the cops are handcuffing Momma. Reporter trying to explain confusion. Now Momma is out of handcuffs.
