The compressive pressure of the neck and back are not seen at autopsy because the pressure has been released by the time the body comes to the medical examiner's office.

So, he says he does not see any evidence of compressive pressure, but concludes that is what killed Floyd?

Has anyone got a link to the actual report/reports?

Pressure doesn’t necessarily leave bruises or crush trauma. It just has to be enough to restrict blood flow (knee in neck) and reduce breathing enough (weight on back restricting breathing/lung capacity) to reduce the o2 levels in the brain to stop his heart.

The drugs wouldn’t have been helpful either. Pretty sure the amount or level in the blood will be a hotly contested point at trial.
