I’ll give the Parents a pass FOR NOW. Many a fine parent lost their kids one way or another besides their best efforts.
Yup. My Dad is an example. My sister became a commie dem, and I’m the Conservative Republican. My Dad still loves my sister, but can’t figure out where he went wrong.
If I “lost” a kid despite my best efforts I sure as hell wouldn’t be paying his legal bills.
