Ummm... I am well aware of the decision-making process. For most people, it is unnatural to execute a living creature, especially a human unless they’ve witnessed violence.

Cobra64 No offense intentionally given and I hope no offense taken. I was really pointing out for the casual reader that when you pick up a fire-arm you should address the question first of whether you can kill another human being. Sounds like you may have already gotten past that point.

I think a jury will likely conclude that rushing after the looters, as opposed to waiting for them to come to you, are quite different from each other.
I don’t think the jury will be as forgiving when it comes to the former.
I am no gun expert, but I read that post just as most people may have, that you were advocating seeking out the looters.
