"Who’s white in that database?"

I believe that "white" includes "white" Hispanics. I've been griping about that for years; the only time "white" and "Hispanic" are lumped together seems to be in crime statistics. If I recall, about 1/3 of the "white"-on-black murders were committed by Hispanics.
