Democrats should never be prosecuted for any crime? Is that it?
Democrats (and everyone else) should be prosecuted when enough evidence has been gathered to reasonably assure the authorities they can gain a conviction.
They’re not there yet. The “jury of their peers” will need overwhelming proof and even then there’s no guarantees.
After generations of indoctrination in the public school systems the majority of the public believes
- Democrat=good
- Republican=bad
A failed prosecution would be worse than no prosecution at all.
