Interestingly, Cuomo’s EO in NYS doesn’t require a mask. Just a cloth covering over the mouth and nose. I’m waiting for some clever sod to get a hold of some organza, then enter a store wearing an organza mask while carrying a copy of Cuomo’s EO.

You can wear a cloth that is covering your nose and mouth. It is totally legal.
