WASHINGTON — The National World War II Memorial was among the landmarks in the nation's capital that were vandalized amid weekend protests.
In the wake of the death of African American George Floyd, the vandals asked in graffiti on the outside of the memorial's central fountain whether black veterans count. The Friends of the National World War II Memorial responded to the question affirmatively on Twitter, adding that the memorial honors and remembers the one million black veterans who served.

OMG. I was just watching LA news coverage of looting in Santa Monica. The @sshole local newscasters just could not stop talking BS about how the looters were “disgracing George Floyd” and “such contrast to the wonderful, peaceful protestors just a few blocks away.” Made me want to puke

I’ve been thinking the same thing. This is a MASSIVE failure of Government at every level - including President Trump. This should have been shut down tight as a drum DAYS ago. Instead, it looks like it’s going to be allowed to go on until there’s no free stuff left to steal in America, and then they’ll look for some other way to placate the animals.
