Back in the early days of NASA, many of their rockets exploded on the pad or shortly after launch. It takes practice.

That was kind of what I appreciated, because they were testing a lot of their stuff to destruction. And it appears they looked at each of those failures and accepted it fully as an opportunity.

As Bill Whittle said in his commentary, that is the sign of a healthy corporate culture.
