Once again Snarky. What does the manual say officers must do when a
suspect is in distress and says he cant breathe. What section of the manual addresses a suspect that is in distress.?
Does the manual say to ignore it and carry on with knee pressure to
the neck.
Well first of all what can they do? A man just fought them inside their car and tried getting out, so you gonna believe the “I can’t breath” stuff once he’s on the ground?
Probably not. Anyway a medic was called.
In the end they can’t let a man up who is fighting them or they could be killed.
LOSE LOSE for the cops. Get off of a man fighting you because you think he really can’t breath and risk, well, anything happening.
Or keep him restraint and take a chance he is hurt. idk
I guess criminals need to be taught to stop resisting and putting on a show for their homies who are gathered around the cops like in this case.
