“Floyd’s official time of death was recorded at 9:25 p.m.”

That was when the attending physician recorded the death.

His pulse and breathing stopped an hour earlier.

” Your not reading the provided EMT link which answers your statements.”

I have no idea where that link is!

I have successfully refuted your statements. Even some if your links refute your statements.

It was a very common restraint technique until a few years ago and some PDs, have never banned it.

Show me where in any LEO manual where it states it's acceptable or a "common restraint technique" to have one's knee and body weight on the neck of anyone handcuffed and face-down, on their stomach, on the pavement.

Go ahead, I'll wait.

That’s not an attack. It’s standing up to someone who seems more sympathetic to the not-so-innocent victim than the cop, based on a smidgen of evidence.

There seem to be continuous waves of people posting fragmentary information which is both out-of-date and wrong.

The Probable Cause document for charging the ex-officer with 3rd degree murder points out that ON VIDEO one of the other policemen checks the guy for a pulse, and doesn’t find one.
He tells Mr. Kneecap and Mr. Kneecap not only doesn’t start CPR, he doesn’t even check the pulse for himself, and *keeps his knee on the guy’s neck*.

The paramedics made a statement *days ago* that they were summoned to treat a guy with a mouth injury, and that they were surprised to find the victim unresponsive and without a pulse.

LOL! Please address my post instead of attacking me!

They may have said they were surprised but the video shows no concern. Checked pulse, walked back to bus and casually prepared the stretch all the while cop still had him pinned down.

I had wondered about the uniforms. In my search I found the report. The two that got the stretcher and put him in the bus were MFD members called to support. I guess no one told the ambulance crew there was a nonresponsive body outside they needed to attend to.

Thanks Berlin_Freeper. I forgot to mention that my son's fascination with everything German (he'll only drive VW's) started not long after he graduated from high school. He had met a couple of exchange students in his senior year, one from Holland (my Dad was born there), and one from Germany.

Last year I finally started working on my extended family history, and I had my DNA done. I discovered that I'm 35% Germanic Empire. That blew my mind, as I never knew any of that. My Mom was born in Canada, and as I said, my Dad in Holland. The German connection is on my mother's side of the family. I'm also 59% England, Wales and Northwestern Europe, plus 2% Ireland and Scotland, 2% Norway, and 2% Sweden. The German connections go back to royalty and aristocracy. For example Friedrich I Von Sachsen, Elector of Saxony is supposed to be my 15th great-grandfather. His wife was Catherine von Braunschweig-Lüneburg. Before I learned about my family history, I wondered why my son loved Germany so much. Must be those family genes brought him to it.

I've also had the same strange coincidences in my life with England. I visited England in 2006 and 2007, but now am only finding out the relationship of all the places I visited back then that have family connections. Just yesterday I discovered that Joan I of Navarre, a great-grandmother of mine, and wife of Philip IV of France (destroyer of the Templars), died at Chateau Vincennes in Paris. I've been to Paris twice. The second time I went with a co-worker. We had several hours to spare before having to catch the Eurostar back to London, so we decided to go to the Chateau Vincennes. Of all the places we could have picked, we went there. Now I find there's a connection with that too. I just wish I wasn't an old lady now, and unable to travel like I did when I was younger.

I actually think that the manual says that if someone can talk and keeps talking... That person can breathe. So you are correct. It’s like choking... If someone says they are choking... That means they have air to talk... So they aren’t choking.

If you can’t breathe, then you can’t say, “I can’t breathe.”

You can look at the response as childish however I have ask him in the past not to reply to my post. I have grown weary of anything he post.

Yea that current post was reasonable but the others he post are insane. He is not a reasonable or nice person.

“He is not a reasonable or nice person.”

My take is that he is frustrated about all the ignorant and misleading posts being made. His posts on this thread are very informative.

This is an open forum.

From my post 82 with some spell corrections, in case the haters attack my corrections.

"Let it go to court if the evidence proves Manslaughter send him to jail, if not he innocence. That is why we have a justice system.

There were some people who did not want to hear the possibility he was innocence. They will be here soon with angry comments, good luck.

The missing evidence for this case is the body cam from inside the car with audio. That video will be key."

I was right the angry people are back. In my state most they can the police officer is manslaughter. He did not intentionally murder this guy we call that manslaughter in my State.

Minnesota Murder Charges

Third-Degree: How do you prove the police officer had a depraved heart or mind crime? If there is a piece of evidence he has a depraved heart or mind crime, then show it in court. I doubt they can prove this point. The DA is charging with 3rd to please the haters.

Involuntary Manslaughter: Involuntary manslaughter is essentially a killing based on negligence. The police officer was negligence, he made a bad call.

Summary: The case has to go to trial, that is why we have a justice system. A person is innocent until proving guilty. We are mod rule society.

And Again: "The missing evidence for this case is the body cam from inside the car with audio. That video will be key"
