We had riots in downtown Raleigh, NC last night. All the buildings on our main street downtown were damaged.
Today the people who have gone downtown to clean up have said that there are Red Crosses with circles around the crosses spray painted all over downtown - a symbol of White Supremacist groups. A Proud Boys member was photographed in downtown Raleigh today.
So, of course, the news media and my liberal siblings who live in Raleigh are convinced this violence was the work of white neo-nazi supremacists.
But the people the news media showed looting and setting fire to a CVS store were not white.
How do I respond?
Never heard of a circle around crosses being a symbol of anything. I do know that an A with a circle around it is the Anarchist symbol. Most “Anarchists” are white, but they are fanatically left wing. Here in MN we have been dealing with them for years, mostly around the area of the Univ of MN.
Sounds like somebody is trying to convince others the neo-nazis were the guilty party, but no evidence for that or so it seems. Somebody doesn’t wish to take credit for their own dirty work.
