If you want to stop this crap, if it were up to me, I’d have had a few dozen Humvees and a thousand soldiers in battle gear knocking heads and breaking “terrorist” (Trump’s term) body parts through these cities. Every soldier would zip tie the violent scum for handoff to the local boys in blue.
