that’s the uniform of the leaders/instigators, as well as antifa...but the leader types are more sophisticatedly dressed ie gloves and better masks.
Keep an eye out for those types with radios, high tech 2 way radios with large antennas.

Actually I spent a good portion of the night watch a youtube live of Pittsburgh.....there’s these A-holes running a studio...called “Studio 17” sounds like out of Brooklyn, very amature with one of their guys on the street in Pittsburgh....the chat proved informative in that they were instructing what stores to loot, set fires, burn this and burn that. Clearly people interested in rioting.
