They are desperate to deflect blame and need a boogeyman... they have no evidence.
The Black Panthers pulled a similar stunt around 1968 with the Black Panther coloring book. Seems that one of the Panthers had enough of a conscience to realize it was too violent for the kids, but other members made bullcrap claims that the FBI published them to expose “cracker” and “hillbilly” kids to, as a way of convincing their racist ignorant parents how violent Blacks really are. The more things change. ..
Actually, the purpose is to bring more blacks into the riots and the streets, increase the violence and hatred towards white people, and eventually weaken the country so the Democrats can finally destroy the America they despise.
