Not according to Roberts and the rest of rat Justices. They just ruled 5-4 that Ca can toss the first amendment for as long as they want.
state governors could rule that anything deemed "unsafe' could be banned by executive order, that would include Guns, fast cars, motorcycles, church gatherings, rock concerts, movie theaters etc etc.
I hate to think that this may require bloodshed to correct, I dont think the american sheeple are up to it, the fools are still going into local stores wearing the masks, they cant even think for themselves
