Hope so. I would have expected to see their deployment by now. What paltry efforts made so far are comical. A curfew was put in place and promptly ignored. There were no consequences. That is the a solute worst thing that could have happened. One can hope the NSA, FBI, and others, are monitoring their command and control network so the perps can be taken down. Personally I don’t hold out that hope. I think they are part of the insurrection, at least their leadership is.
You may be right; I may be a bit too optimistic.
