The reason cops abandon police stations is because they are under orders to not use deadly force to protect property.
I predict that won’t last through next week if this keeps up.
On CNN right now, a swarm of looters at a gas station right next to the Minneapolis 5th police precinct, and no cops anywhere to be seen except a few on the rooftop with rifles (non-lethal ammunition). Looters are cleaning out the mini market at the gas station.
